It seems I have these days at least twice a week. I usually feel great about my body but it never fails, always gotta have that depressing "fat" day that pretty much ruins the rest of my good ones. Anyway, what about yourself?

hahahah.....you are very funny. :) Um.....I do have "fat" days, but I don't know yet if I'm having one today becouse I just ate breakfast, and normally you look a lot bigger after you eat so....i have to wait a while. But I mean, you should love your body, and know that tomorrow (hopefully) will be a better day. When people have "fat" days, that normally indicates that normally their not fat, or they don't see themselves as fat. So when you have a "fat" day, that is most likely just you seeing yourself that way. To other people, you just look normal. So, don't fret! You know, when you have these days, sceduale something special for yourself, like getting your nails done, going out or whatev. Something that you like. I really hope I could help!!

Just change the "F" to a "PH" and you will feel beautiful once more. Don't let the times you are going through dictate how you see yourself. Beauty comes from within and if you radiate your own gorgeosity then the world will look better to you as well. And just in case, lock the refridgerator so that you don't actually get fat while you are feeling this way. It never hurts to be safe. Now smile.

I have the exact opposite.. I have days where I think to myself.. dammit.. you are too skinny.
Then I go eat some fast food and feel like crap for a couple days and wonder what I was thinking..
I really should gain some weight.. but, I don't think it will ever happen. I will take whatever you feel like giving away :)
