Bright colors and whites are always good, brown is actually making a comeback, bold patterns and funky lines - Lots of flowy, lightweight material, something that moves with you, just whatever you think is fun and pretty.
As for makeup, in the summer you want to go as lightweight as possible, if you get too hot, heavy makeup will cake and run. Not pretty. Go with some lightweight eyeliner, sheer lipgloss, maybe a little bit of foundation or bronzer.

Baby doll tops are back in fashion and so are floral print dresses. Try to wear like a lighter based make-up for those extremely hot and humid days...like Bare Minerals. Be sure to get a pedicure before wearing a cute pair of sandals...I gotta do that, too!

Hey Donna,
I feel you on this one.it's already crazy hott where I live! Anyway, my best advice for makeup would be to stick with a tinted mousturizer and powder..Another thing would be eyebrows..even w/o any other makeup..filled in eyebrows really set off any face. I'd stick with the powder kind..
As for clothes..legs are the new thing, so stick with anything short! Bright neon colors are going to be hott this season too..just don't go overboard with it ;)

in summer female mostly wear skirts and tank tops , dont forget to shave legs , arms and underarms , if u plan to wear female clothes whole summer then wax
