There is something called the whistle register that is as close as women can come to falsetto. See this article for some further notes:

it`s not falsetto,,if a woman sings it,falsetto is a term coined for when a man uses a higher pitched nasal sound to sing,,,so,,,,"no",,,women can`t falsetto,,sounds sexist,,,but it`s not.....
