You can go to counseling, learn meditation and learn how to keep your anger under control. Do these things and then learn the patience to let things roll off your back and not bother you. As long as you have yourself under control, you'll be fine.

Sometimes when people are angry with life they tend to take it out on the people around them. One thing I'd recommend is getting some help with dealing with your anger. Walking around angry all the time is not good for your health either.

I went to an anger management course. Anger can also stem from low self esteem so you could try building that as well.
Are there particular issues you are feeling angry about?
Try to work out what makes you angry.
There is an anger forum but there are not many people who are active at the moment. I am a member.
There are loads of books in bookshops you could use to tackle your anger issues.
Counseling could help to release your stress but you need to work out what your triggers are.
