I also gained weight while on the pill and also while I was on the shot. When I got off of it the weight didn't just fall off, I had to exercise, but I have lost all of it. I think my boobs may have shrunk a little, but not all the way.

When I went off the pill, I immediately lost 5 pounds and dropped a cup size. That's likely what will happen with you as well.

I'm not a real doctor but your question depends on how old you are, eg. if your over 25 then you probably will lose the weight, but I strogly recommend you see your doctor about changing the strength of pill you're on, to a lower dose.

You might lose some weight but for the most part you will probably have to exercise to lose the extra pounds

Have you ever thought of asking your Doctor those questions? H/she are in a better position to advise you than any of us who are not Doctors. Don't you think it wise to go ask and get the straight answers?
