1999 Honda Civic, 1.6L,nothing specal on it. Every once and a while, it will cut out and there will be a hard start. Fuel pressure remains at 32psi during cut-out. No engine codes, current or history. Distributor, brand new. When running, no power problems at all. Could this be somthing with the main power relay or PCM?

I know, I didn't put ETHONOL in it. Ford Ethonol crap's out in Honda's I hardly see anyway.

This just ISN'T possible!
You, above all, should know that NOTHING ever goes wrong with a Honda Civic!
I could show you a gazillion million links here @Y!A that prove without a shadow of a doubt that Honda's & Toyota's are absolutely bullitproof.!
or maybe it's a hybrid-----LOL

Check the main fuel relay, most likely this is the problem
