Jackson Lee is a great name...strong and yet still unique. John is kind of boring and dated, sorry. I do really like Carter John...just a suggestion. I love Gabriella Noelle. It's very classic and extremely feminine at the same time. I wouldn't consider John Carter or Delilah Marie bad by any means so I don't think you can go wrong with any of the names, but my top picks are definitely Jackson Lee and Gabriella Noelle.

There's something about Jackson that I dislike, but maybe if you made it Jason. John Carter is a strong name for a strong boy, JC when younger and John C. YourSurname sounds really good.
Gabriella Noelle is the sweetest name ever. It's absolutely adorable. Better than Delilah anyday.
P.S. I like to think of nicknames when choosing kids' names. Gabriella can be Gabi, and John Carter can be JC.
Good luck, and I hope your child will be healthy and successful.

Well....
Jackson means: Gift from god
Lee means: The King
John means: Gift from god
Carter means: Loving
I personally love John Carter. John is popular, but Carter puts a nice twist on the name and turns it into it's own unique name. And Lee, meaning the king, may mean the child will get demanding.
I love gabriella noelle too. Its so pretty!!
hope this helped!!
good luck xoxo

I would pick Jackson Lee, b/c John is way too common and Carter is just a last name to me.
For a girl, I like Delilah okay, but Marie is kind of overused. I still like it, though. But I would choose Gabriella Noelle. I like how it sounds and looks, and I think it would be cute to call a baby Gabby for a nickname.
