Your question is a little vague. "fit" ? If you are wanting to install an additional light switch in your home then you will really want a licensed electrician to do that. If you mean your want to repair a damage switch then you can purchase a replacement at your local home improvement store and replace the damaged switch. You will need to shut off the power to that area from the breaker box in your home and after testing to see if the switch will still turn on the connected appliance to confirm that the power is truly off at that switch then remove the damaged switch and hook the wires to the correct locations on the new switch. Usually replacement switches come with a simple set of instructions to explain the correct installation.

As I am not sure of your geographical location I do not want to misdirect you regarding the correct connection. After you have everything installed then you can turn the power back on and test the switch.

Keep your fingers well away from anything electrical, (it bites) and whatever you do, don't allow anyone who isn't qualified to touch it, they would become responsible for any deaths or injuries resulting from mistakes they have made and are probably not able to pay compensation, so you could be saddled with a huge bill, call in an electrician.................

Before you attempt any wiring be certain you know what you are doing and always make certain the power is OFF.
