my thies are big? need help? HELP? no weight programs, only just around the house i dont care how long exercises????

walking is very good for your legs!!! & it doesn`t really seem like exercise, so that makes it even better!!! i walk anywhere from 1-2 hours day, if the weather`s nice, to do my errands...i listen to music as i go & it`s fun!!!

Hi,

Don't worry you are not alone, you can have thighs you want. It will take time, there is no magic way to do it. You need reliable plan "How to have good thighs".

1. Measure your thighs - how many inches.
2. Try this dieat for a week and again measure your thighs - http://100abdominalexercises.com/fast_weight_loss_diet_plan.aspx.
3. Do all the videos from here- all, not only videos for legs - http://www.women-workout-routines.com/free-workout-routines.html.

Now you deserve explanation why I suggest these 3 steps.

First, no matter what exercises you do, you can't shrink your thighs. You need to eat good food, that make you burn fat.

Second, exercises maximize the effect of diet. When you use your muscles you burn extra calories. So always do proper eating and exercises TOGETHER. Doing only one of this and you will never have the dreamed legs.

How much to exercise - 3-5 times per week. I saw that one of the answers recommend stairs climbing and walking - both are super to do as extra to workout videos I already gave you.

Keep track of your measures - this is the only way to know that you move forward.

At the end I want to congrat you for taking life in your hands and to wish you to have the body you want :)

i am 125 now and have a slight problem in that area--- last summer i was 115 and didnt have the problem---- but its hard to stay 115 .... so im on a diet and doing tons of squats cause i want thin thigh's too... ill be watching the other answers for good ideas... good luck

try leg lifts ( lift each leg as high as you can and do about 20-30 reps)
run for about 30 minutes a day.
run up and down a flight of stairs for about 5 min (do 4 reps).
that should help.

Well, you could try running, the exercise bike, or the treadmill. The stairmaster is pretty good too

Up and down the stairs would help. You would also tone them up and lose weight quicker if you were to do this backwards...
