What are some brands that fit super low like Frankie B's?

I'm not trying to show off anything nasty, I have a small build so even most regular low rise jeans are too high on me

Well most of Wet Seal`s jeans are very low. But I don`t know if I should reccomend them to you because the last time I bought jeans from there, they ramdonly ripped on the side and all of my best friend`s belt loops came off. The pants are low, but I don`t know if you should buy them from there.
I haven`t heard anybody else have problems with them though, so maybe you should give it a shot

Well i don't have any brands in particular but i know jcpennys and old Navy have low rise jeans .

I love Old Navy low rise boot cut ~ they just fit my body best!

i luv those kind. there are some at Old Navy, Kohls, American Eagle (idk, maybe) ross, and marshalls. just look around on the internet, and u will for sure find some. my ultra-low-rise jeans are Ashley (brand)
