Gonna depend on the time of day, day of the week, yada, yada, yada. I pondered about this with any fast food place. Since that time, I've was a mgr. at a Premium Named Burger Place. For one thing, you have to consider the work force available, mostly kids. It's usually just a summer job, they just working for small debts and cruisin' money. Try this, and I just about always live by this rule, go inside! There usually less likely to rush walk-in orders. People (like me) have the time to check the order before they walk out. The same reason, I order fries with no salt. They have to cook a new batch right then. Bon Apetit!

I have the same problem, except its not limited to just BK. I'd say 1 out of 4 trips to a fast food restaurant result in a screwed up order. Unless I have an easy order, I refuse to use drive-thrus.

I go to Burger King at least three times a week and they never get my order wrong.
I guess the BKs you are going to have bad management, bad employees, or both.
