Please don't panic! The first thing to do is to have a pregnancy test done...preferably a blood pregnancy test. I say a blood pregnancy because it is more accurate and sensitve than a urine pregnancy test. If you can't afford a doctor, go to Planned Parenthood or a free clinic in your area.

Symptoms do not matter! Many women have no symptoms at all. Some have symptoms because they are afraid of being pregnant. Also, the symptoms of early pregnancy are also the same symptoms as many illnesses. The only way you will know for sure is for her to have a pregnancy test done.
