Because they're just soo clever and witty that people don't want to answer cause they'll be overpowered by the cleverness and wittiness.
And about the dogs abuse... they'll always be people like that online. Just ignore them.

It's because some people feel that they can talk to anybody however they feel like it and could care less about how the person who is asking the question feels as there are people on here who don't take this seriously so they assume that everybody else isn't taking this site seriously also.
