ok...my mom has a HUGE snoring problem and i dont know what to do about it. we're going on a school trip and she is coming. we are in a room w/ another mom and another girl. she snores so badly that it'll wake ppl up and i dont know what to do!! what should i do?

PS: the trip is tomorrow and i dont have time to go to the store or to get a perscription or something. thanks

If she is overweight that would account for the snoring.

If she has sinus issues that could also contribute to snoring.

Breathe right strips do not always help, I've tried that. Neither does the "snore no more" spray they sell beside it.

You could also just use another room, that would be the best bet.

She may have to go to the doctor about it.

If she snores more on her back than on her stomach, sleep in the same bed with her and when she snores make her sleep on her stomach.

I know you said you don't have time to go to the store, but try and get some breathe rights. It will open up the airway out of the nose and reduce the snoring. If you really have no other solution, tell the other people you are sharing a room with right away. That way they will know.

there are some stripes you can get at da store, and it opens up your nose so you can breathe better, hopefully it will make her stop lol. I know someone who snores too, and i dont have those, so i shake the bed till she wakes up, then pretend to be asleep. that works on her.

Try breethe right strips they work .sleep apnea is a problem when you have troble breething in your sleep. I know you can't go to the store.

she need to see the sleep doctor, or get a brige for her noes,
