has anyone here used a ouji board? and what happened? do you believe in it?

It's supposed to be a game. And I think that the majority of people play around with one when they were young and ask the "Who am I going to marry" type questions. The energies that tend to respond are overwhelmingly negative and if they decide to attach themselves to it can take a bit of work to get rid of them.

Since everyone's curious I'm not going to stay "Don't do it". Just be aware of what you're dealing with.

Hello,
When I was in High School that was the rage. My best-friend went out and bought one. I with 7 other friends played around with it one night and I along with them got hold of an evil spirit of the board and I have never been so scared as I was that night. Her father was a retired Sheriff and he kept his Police dog and I had never seen a dog's hair stand on end before and cower as Rex did.
The ougi board is not a toy. They are very real and if you don't want bad things to happen to you, you will not even look at one let alone toy with it. We had things slamming around,impressions of something sitting on the furniture and a tree in her front yard was completely stripped bare and no bark was found except for these strange looking brown like coffee beans lying all around that tree and more than half the way up were very deep gouge marks that looked liked it was done with a large hand. I was never so glad to see the sun come up that following morning. That is all I even want to remember about the night.
When daylight came we put that board into be burned with the rest of her families garbage.
When I was 13 I got one from a sadistic Aunt. I used it with her as I was afraid of her and it told us that someone had killed his wife and put her under the floor boards where she had the baby's crib. She blew it off of course and the house she lived in was already so haunted.
She eventially sold the house and of course
did not tell the new buyers of the house being
haunted and of course she is not going to say
anything about what the board said. About 5
years after the family had bought the house they decided to refinish the wooden floors in
the house and it even made the papers that a
body of a female had been found right where
the board told me one was. They were able to
find the husband and he did confess to the
murder.
I should have learned something from my 13
years old experience and refuse to do the
board ever again. I had to find out the hard way. I do believe they are very real and that
sort of thing should not even give that as a gift
to any child or adult. I know how that one ans-
werer feels that wrote in and I am sorry a friend died. You have choice in what you do
with anything and you have a choice to stay
away from it or find out the hard way like I did

There are better ways of contacting spirits than using a ouiga board. I have used it a few times during investigations but thats only because I know there's a skilled medium with us who deals with anything if it goes slightly wrong.
Ouiga boards work very well, if you're looking to communicate with mischievious, often evil spirits who lie through their teeth but its really not worth it. You don't get any real answers that can be used as proof and there's the danger aspect involved too.
I personally prefer table tipping, you still get your tricksters coming through using this method but nothing sinister or evil has ever came through for me personally using this type of communication.
I often leave my night vision camcorder running at night and this often picks up voices in my room, usually a little boy and either a middle aged woman or a man, not sure which. The camcorder also picks up very loud scraping noises like a wardrobe being dragged over a cement floor and yet nothing can be heard when I'm lying in bed.
The voices often wake me up, usually a second or so after the voice is recorded, I shoot out of bed or sit bolt upright and look all around me at the time, I don't even know what I'm looking for because I've just been woke from sleep and thats all I know at the time. If it wasn't for the recordings, I would never have known why I kept waking up at night.
But as a rule of thumb, I would leave the ouiga well alone, its really not worth taking the risk.

The Board is a tool for divining the future. Just as almost anything can be. If you are serious about actually pursuing an answer, I advise you do a little study before hand. Contacting the dead, spirits outside of a human understanding, or anyone simply invible to your senses, can be dangerous to you or yours. Take precautions if you are serious.

In my experience, if you believe it is a game, that is all it could be to you. Though, if you have a friend with you who does take it seriously, or is a "sensitive" person, you run risks. Your friend definitely does. Again, use your best judgement.

"The Secret" says our thoughts have frequencies. Frequencies have vibrations. Vibrations create movement in many ways. ......It is my opinion that the answers and movement created on a Ouija board are created by our own vibrations. The more people in a room the stronger the vibrations.

I have had many friendship circles for many years with boards, NONE of which bad. I put a sign up saying, "Leave Your Negative Thoughts Out of the Room Please!"

The experience of the board is a wonderful and fun occasion that bonds us. I do not believe Ouijas attract evil. People and Negative Intent do.

Wood like my furniture....or plastic like my picnic forks, ...you and I are the energy vibration that makes the Ouija move. Our thoughts can create anything to happen....even the very worst. If you want to blame that poor wood or plastic board on evil........take a look at the person using it first. Have they had a bad week? Keep them off the board.

I know it is supposed to be a game but it can also be a bad portal for nasty spirits. A woman in Sedona AZ said never mess with the ouija board unless it had been blessed first! Only then should it be used. My experience when I was a teen it gave me the initials of who I would marry and one boyfriend I was extremely in love with after my divorce! An acquaintance had a ouija board tell her to kill her husband! I think everyone can live life without a ouija board and should!

Yes I believe. We should not disturb the dead ever. I believe that there are evil spirits that want to come back to the material world and the only way for them to do this is by taking over someones body. By playing these games, we open portals giving these spirits opportunity to do this. I played the Ouija board and other "spirit" games and myself and the group of friends that I played with became addicted...it was all we cared to do and then it wasn't a game anymore. The spirits became stronger and stronger and started materializing....it's like they called us everyday. I finally got really freaked out and decided to quit and was haunted for 6 months. Heard knocks on my bedroom door, steps in the hallway, saw shadows everywhere, among other things....It was extremely scary. I finally went to a priest for help.

Good morning....I wouldn't advise using a Ouija board. Especially if you are inexperienced in the spiritual sense. A Ouija Board is a gateway to the Spirit world and sometimes if you are not experienced, an evil force can enter this realm from the Ouija Board gateway. Please use extreme caution.
