The best present came this past Christmas! My daughter, surprised me with a "magical" Christmas morning! She knew that when i was a child we had no money for gifts and so, they were rare.
She has told me how special I always tried to make her and her sister's Christmas by making it "magical" for them.
So, last Christmas, she did this for me! There were gifts strewn about my den with some of the items being things I had wanted for years!!! Oh my, I cried, laughed, hugged...you name it! At 52, I got an insight into a child's total experience, on Christmas morn!
The act of just trying to give me that feeling was so filled with love. I loved the gifts...truly, but, it was her act that I most treasure!!

A kiss, it was the best kiss anyone ever gave me. It was a face-paint kiss/lips on my cheek, which lasted all afternoon and one I will never forget!
