You what happen was I bought her one for her birthday and it was defective! She made the account and it wont let her sign on and ITS NOT her computer cuz it let her sign on mine! We tried to return it but the lady at the screamed at us "THERES SOMTHIN WRONG WITH HER COMPUTER I WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN IT!" So we are never goin there again!

THIS IS A 100% TRUE STORY

O AND DONT TELL I SHOULD JUST BUY A NEW ONE PLEEEEEASE!!!

See, the reason that they have codes for access is so that people will not steal their software.

There's a technical support number. Call them and get the friend's installation fixed.

Don't drag us in to software piracy - that's a crime.

By the way - if it lets you access the program using one signin, but not the other, it's the sign in, not the software or the computer. Did you both install the same software off the same disk to two different computers? Back to that piracy thing...
