You also needed the thickness of the tiles. However, I've taken that as 1 inch for the calculation.

Area of van base = 10 x 8.5 = 85 ft²
Area of tiles = 60,000 ft²
60,000 ÷ 85 = 706 tiles per layer.
Each tile at say..1" thick
= 12 x 706 tiles per foot height.
= 8,472 tiles per foot.
60,000 ÷ 8472 = 7.1 feet height in the van.

Finally, Yes, your tiles will fit.

Did you mean 53 feet by 102 inches??

We would need to know thickness of tiles and size of the tiles

Depends on the thickness of the tiles. If they are 1/2 inch or so you should be able to, if they are thicker (like 3/4") you probably can't.
Just calculate the volume of the trailer and compare with the volume of the tiles (need thickness for that).
