If it weren't for the umbrella, you'd be doomed ! That umbrella saved your life !

You see, they have a safety feature built into all shuttle launches . . . moments before ignition, an orangutan is trained to spot any individual within the blast radius holding an umbrella. The orangutan swings down and snatches up the individual and saves them.

That's why NASA technicians all carry umbrellas, just in case.

Have fun!
(Come on folks . . . this answer HAS to be worth ten points!)

I'm still laughing my *** off with the aluminum suit and umbrella deal. I love it!

To answer your question here's what would happen. First off you would have survived. A parade would be given in your honor. Massive amounts of money would be given to NASA. You would give very few interviews to the press and the public. You would probably have to punch Brian Sibrel in the face, again. And more importantly, you would in all likelihood be given the Medal of Freedom in the presence of all the surviving Apollo astronauts with these profound words--Welcome to the Apollo Space Program....

You would die. The details aren't that important, as to whether you would be vaporized by the heat, or merely blown away by such a strong wind that you would be pulverized upon impact.
