I have found plenty of books about Japanese WWII atrocities as well as German atrocities, what about the Soviet atrocities and for that matter, the U.S. atrocities?

Book about atrocities are usually written by the victims. The Germans I have met have horror stories about the Soviet Army and if you looked for books publish in German you would probably be more successful. There are books about the fire bombing of German cities and Tokyo and a number about Hiroshima

I don't quite understand your question: what atrocities do you expect the liberating armies to have committed?
It sounds logical that many books describe the German, Japanese and other members of the Axis atrocities, but I don't know what your question refers to.

The Russians mentioned because it Justice... The Nazi mentioned because it Revenge...ask your self why they mentioned because it that... guess they knew what they had completed might precise a huge fee on them... I say the Nazi's did no longer get all they deserved... we would desire to constantly have chased all of them returned into the Russian arms... and not enable them to offer as much as us... basically my opinion...
