Was curious when androids that look and feel like humans will be possible obviously I am looking for educated guesses.

Friday, June 6th, 3214 will be be the birthdate of Albert, the first android who will be completely human-like. The only way to find out that Albert (stands for: Artificial Life…Boy!…Exactly like the Real Thing!) is not human is to open him/it up…if he lets you…
(some people will be disappointed because they were hoping for a girl…)

I really don't see anything like that happening. They have real trouble with making a robot that can walk upright on two legs. The balance system in our bodies is so complicated that they cannot duplicate it. Just more proof that we were created by God through intelegent design.

Some Japanese professor just did!. Unless it's a hoax, he made a robot that's exactly like him, with facial twitches and expressions to match. Even the "skin" moves and is elastic. Very weird. I hope it IS a hoax.

they have them. honda makes them. they are small and right now mostly for those who are less mobile than many or shut ins. they are slow but technology will build as they build a foundation with them. the robot is only so skilled as well. it can tell temperature and help with things around house right now
