White people are white because they lack cutaneous melanin. But for most white people the have the normal amounts of melanin in their organs. Does that mean they are really Black on the inside.

We all are spirits on the inside so I am unsure of what "color" you think resides on the inside of humans, but it isn't Black or White.
Remember race and all that is a human phenomenon, God didn't separate people that way, humans did. God isn't caught up in all that nonsense. Only humans are.
