No, unless it's from Federal Court. Did you get a jury questionnaire? If so, you can explain on there. If not, write a letter to the Court Clerk explaining you've moved. You're not eligible for jury duty in your former county. However, federal juries are drawn from the entire state or if you have more than 1 federal district, from the entire district. Make sure you're being called to state court duty.

Call the Jury Commissioner or Court Administrator and tell them that you have moved to a different county. They will excuse you.

You cause problems when you do nothing. Some county court judges around her have caused a world of grief for people who do not show up when summoned for jury duty. Best head off the problem right away. Be upfront about it.
