My boss will not pay me for the times I worked for her for 2 weeks. I never signed any papers like tax forms,but I have proof I worked there and she's holding my pay saying I didnt preform my duties good enough so she isnt going to pay me my full sallary for 2 weeks. Can she do this?

no way can she do this!
now is this legitmate work meaning she verbally agreed to pay you such and such amount of money if you did some tasks for her? if its not contractual legitmate work then you lose. her word against yours. Kind of like if a neighbor said u wash my car or mow my lawn for say $5 and you perform shoddy work then no dont expect payment. but if you worked at a business and she is tryin to withhold pay check then u can sue her for the money

no she can not hold your check just for that reason. You have proof that you wourked for her so she has to pay you. The only time they can hold your check is if you owe them money.

legally, you are right... but you may have to force her to follow the law.
