It should be self-defense and if you were a woman it would be. There lies a problem in AMerica. A man may not legally grope a woman, yet he can do so with an unwilling man.

Given the current situation, regardless of sexual habit, you would most likely be charged with assault. If the new legislation the Socialists in Congress are pushing, you will also be charged with a hate crime.

Now I have to ask are you any deader if someone kills you because of your sexual orientation than just robbing you and killing you.

Regardless of a person's sexuality, any person that puts their hands on you without your permission in that kind of sexual way, it should be called self defense, not a hate crime. No one has a right to feel you up, without your consent, period.
