Talk bad about my mom (who she doesn't even know) and asks me if my mom talks bad about her as if she doesn't deserve it?

let your dad know this... she is wrong for talking bad about your Mom in front of you and quizzing you on your mother.... your dads gf sounds as if she is very insecure....

You need to have a talk about this with your dad. If he won't help then the next time the new girlfriend says something bad about your mom simply tell her as nicely as possible, "That is my mom you are talking about and I really don't want to hear you say bad things about her. You may not like her, but I love her and what you are doing is wrong".
If she asks what your mom says about her simply tell her,"I am not going to get involved in your insecurity. If you don't think you are good enough for my dad that is your problem. Leave me and my mom out of it."
Just leave it at that and say nothing more. Don't respond to her crap and try not to let her get to you. She is the one with issues. Don't feed her problems.

She feels a bit threatened by the fact that your dad had another woman in his life before her. You should talk to your dad about it. Tell him that it bothers you and that he needs to talk to her. She needs to feel comfortable in the fact that your father loves her...there is obviously a reason why your parents aren't together and his girlfriend needs to accept that. Neither of your parents should ever allow anyone to talk bad about the other parent in front of you. They should love you enough to respect that you love both of your parents.

you know next time she does...just tell her that she should have respect not just to her boyfriends ex but to your mother.
tell her that you would like for her to not talk bad about your mother in your precense.
if it goes on speak to your dad about it.tell him you care about him and want him to be happy but his new girlfriend is being disrespectful and you dont feel confortable with her acting this way.
dont ever instigate by telling your mother or her anything they have said about each other..that would only make things worst.

shes probably jealous of you mom and not secure of herself. if she was than no ohter woman would feel like a threat to her. you should tell your dad not to let her talk bad about your mom

She is jealous that your Dad had someone before her that he loved and had a child with. Don't answer her questions. Just respond with a simple "I don't know"or "I stay out of adult relationships and their problems because I am still a kid".

Walk away without answering her. Yell for your dad. Tell him what she said. Do it every time until she stops asking you questions.
