hell yeah. back in world war two Roosevelt's people asked Luciano to get the mafia to control the docks so that the germans wouldn't be able to infiltrate and sabotage shipping. They didn't offer a thing in return. the funny thing is, Lucky did it for no other reason than PATRIOTISM.. and then you have the classic Kennedy family connections going back to Joe Kennedy's rum running days. The Kennedy connections with the labor unions were the main factor in Jack's election. Read up on this! Reagan's ineptness as a hollywood guild director led to mob penetration of hollywood, he squashed his own justice departments investigation of it. then you have the classic clinton drug connections in the eighties. I think Jimmy Carter might actually be the only one since the fitties who hasn't.

Their power is all but gone due to federal legislation, prosecutors like Rudy Guiliani and the fact that many children of mafia thugs grow up and use the advantages of their parent's wealth to get a solid education and take their place in legitimate society.

It is so apparent that the events of 9-11 were perpetrated by our own government, yet we as a people continue to refuse action. We are NOTHING to the individuals in this world who hold the power. We are indoctrinated from the moment we are born to work for them our entire pathetic lives in the hope that we might all someday own a little 'piece of the pie'. The greed and corruption of those holding the money, resources, land and power knows no bounds. It is beyond the ability of most individuals to comprehend a mindset that would allow use of the earth, her resources, her animal kingdoms and human inhabitants until they are completely destroyed. It is incomprehensible to most of us that the sociopaths in power are people who lack any ability to care for the welfare of the earth, her systems and inhabitants.

Because we are basically gentle AND programmed from infancy to work for these bastards without question, we go like 6 million Jews to the gas chambers at the hands of a few hundred Nazi's.

Of course they have. Remember Kennedy, and Jack Ruby? At least President Bush told the American People after 9/11 we were going to talk to the "underworld" as it were, to dig out those responsible for committing the terrorist attack.
