no. being a serial killer is their choice. statistically speaking, the percentage of people who become serial killers after someone saves their life is whatever comes before zero.
you know republicans are fighting against raising the minimum wage because they MIGHT use the money to buy drugs? that's like sending someone to jail because they're able to commit a crime. do you think that they'll do that with the little money they have while they can barely afford a house?!
how sick. drugs are other peoples mistakes, yet it is the the innocent who reap the penalty.

Nope sorry its not your fault that was just that persons lifepath. That person had it in them to be a serial killer to begin with. You do what can you do for people and whatever happens happens. But if you can forsee it you should let them know ahead of time.
