Vegetables - not the hard vegetables, but the soft ones such as after they had been cooked. I believe you can buy these baby vegetables in the baby food aisle. The vegetables would look like they had been chopped up and they are the right size to fit into their mouths. Also, they have it in fruits so you would have different choices to pick from, not just a few selections, and I think it's in different stages such as stage one is for one year olds, stage two is for 15 months, and so forth, but I could be wrong with the stage thing.

i give my son the mashed sweet potatoes and carrots by gerber graduates, on ly way i can get veggies in him. he also eats yogurt, chicken fingers, pizza, grilled cheese, waffles (dry or with butter no syrup), mini pancakes, french toast sticks, quesadilla, popcorn shrimp, fish sticks, veggie sticks (in chip aisle), and he loves to drink yogurt drinks/smoothies.
