Erm...cheerleading!! i don't see soccer players lifting 5ft 7" 95 lb people like me up over their heads with just one hand!! you also have to be flexible, and a powerful tumbler, too.

i found competitive gymnastics pretty demanding for a little while too, but not so much now.

i do have total respect for soccer players and everyone else. each to their own and all that!

the Iditarod is the most grueling event overall but for sports I think football is the most physically demanding

for me ive played Rugby and soccer ..i still play soccer and gaelic football and Hurling here in Ireland , i think gaelic football is very physically demanding the pitches are alot bigger than soccer pitches and just bigger than a rugby pitch ..

I think it is the ironman course. Swimming, biking, rowing, running, you name it, you would have to be a very conditioned athelete to do well in this sport.

Cheerleading, picuture it this way, they have to be thin, muscular, and flexible. Athlethes lift weights, but cheerleaders life athletes. And I've never seen a basketball player do a basket toss triple x-out.
