(x+3)^2+y^2=25

Its in the form x^2+y^2=r^2.
You know r=5, since the diameter is 10.
Shift the circle along the x-axis and change the sign in the equation.

r = 5
(x - a)² + (y - b)² = 25
(x + 3)² + (y - 0)² = 25
(x + 3)² + y² = 25
