Well first lets find the number of ounces in a pound. Thats 16 ounces in 1 pound.
Divide 32 ounces by 16 to find the wieght in pounds. Thats 2 pounds.
Then divide $4.12 by 2 to get the unit price per pound....$2.12
Divide by 16 to get the ounces...appox. $0.13 per ounce.
