I have known a man who's been so nice and so very good to me but the minute I told him that I am married, he started acting strange and nasty. I greatly appreciate your answers. Thanks!

yea, he was only being nice because he wanted sex... But my question for you - is were you wearing your ring? That's what the ring is for to tell people you are TAKEN.
It's not fair to men if you go around not wearing a ring. There shouldn't have been any time that he shouldn't have known you were married. HE should have known you were married just by looking at your ring finger. I can understand why he would have responded that way. By not wearing a ring you probably told him you were available and he was probably persuing you. If you were wearing a ring this wouldn't make much sense, but to me if you were'nt wearing a ring you were leading him on and I think you owe him an apology.
He isn' right to act that way, but that's my take about it.

I really can understand. Before I met my wife (she recently passed away) I tried to persue a woman only to find out that she was married and wasn't wearing her ring. I was equally frustrated. I did not take it out on her, but I felt deceived by her. I thought it was wrong, and I still think it was wrong.

Not wearing a ring tells men you are available.

You have uncovered one of this man's requirements. However painful this is to you, it's probably best that you either accept that this man isn't interested or learn how solid this requirement is. The requirement seems to be that he doesn't want to be with a woman who is married. He may have had an expectation for deeper intimacy until he learned of your status.

You probably don't wear a wedding band or ring and have essentially been leading him on to believe that you are single and interested in him. There must be something the matter with him if he doesn't enjoy someone using and making a fool of him.

Do you care about this person? Does it matter that is "cares" so much that you are married? (That is the only reason why he is acting this way - is because he doesn't like the fact that you are married) He can't accept the fact that you are married...that is his right. But - if he can't accept this fact...why do you want to talk to him?

Your attitude in this context perhaps gave him hope. What you told him afterwards hurt his ego and personal pride. His actual aggressive behaviour is only a reaction to that particular situation. It's better for you to clarify the matter and say "sorry" to that person.!!!

Yeah, I would break off the relationship. He probably wanted to date you or something like that. Sadly, if he can't accept the fact that you're married, just leave him alone. It's the best...

he probably liked you and after he found out that you are married and he doesn't stand a chance now its probably easier for him to act like a jerk to deal with it better.
