I just worked out for an 1-1/2 hrs.,and then had some fast food,w/ a diet coke,doesn't that make it okay?

I drank water while excercisng too

no. you just worked out for nothing. AND not only do you need to work out another 1-1/2 hrs tomorrow to burn off the rest of that fast food, you also can't eat tomorrow.

I slip sometimes too..hang in there the bad habits will fade. Don't punish yourself. Don't think of it as a diet..think of it as a healthy lifestyle.
