As an African American female this election is going to be VERY important. It is crucial to watch the candidates closely. The questions to ask is "FEMALE or BLACK ?" On the one hand you have Hillary(Do we really NEED another Clinton?)& HELLO that would mean Bill BACK in the White House.(Also have you not noticed that Bill and George are pretty buddy buddy?). On the other hand you have that "Tiger Woodsy Guy" Abamma, we could very well be ready for a BLACK HOUSE. To be honest I probably will not vote but this is food for thought.

I think it's about time that women have been allowed to come to power in government up to this point...the lack of balance in our systems has wreaked it's havoc long enough.
I would eventually like to see a joint presidency of male & famale, as well as such for the VP roles...this would provide the seats with more power rather than figure-headedness & would appeal to more of the masses, I'm sure.
Yes, I do believe that Hillary, having come this far through so much and head still held high, shows great strength of character & self-confidence...excellent place to start the Changes that need to come!

Please, please, please - help me understand what makes Hillary Clinton qualified to be president?
She has no management experience - and the president is essentially the ceo of the country. She has no political experience - her star power as a former first lady got her a senate seat. Her husband was a president, but that doesn't qualify her to be one - just as if her husband had been a surgeon, she would not be qualified to perform surgery.
I have nothing against the idea of a woman president. However, not this woman.
Practice saying, "President John Edwards."

I strongly disagree and only because of the way you added that 'Girl power!' crap. If you're old enough to vote then you vote for who you think will do the best for this country, who is most capable, who has the best ideas and views, etc. You don't vote for someone just because of their gender.

I do. But there's something a little cold about Hillary. It would still be cool if she won, but i think it's Obama's time to win. We're due for a black prez too. (Even if he's half white)

No - voting someone for what they had no choice in deciding is stupid. Why dont u vote on their policies rather than what policy they represent. For example, you might think that because she's a woman, that she is for sexual equality. That doesn't mean other candidates aren't capable of upholding equality.
Now, what would be impressive is voting a present that is not protestant.
