The school official that I know has been acting bizzare and eratic in his behavior towards me and he is not displaying the characteristic of a professional person. What do you suggest I would do?

Without more info, it's kind of hard to advise you. Is this person your teacher, or are you the teacher and he's your principal? If you're the teacher and he's someone over you, I'd talk to my union rep about it. Make the union aware that he's being weird and see what advice they give you. If nothing else, you've covered your back for future by having other people aware of his/her behavior.

If you're the student, you need to tell your parents. You might also tell any teachers that you trust, guidance counselor, or others that are over him/her. In most cases, letting other people know gives you some degree of protection.

Without more detail, that's the best advice I have. Good luck.

If his behavior is simply eccentric, I suggest you let him work out whatever problem he is having on his own. If, however, what you are not telling us is that his behavior is causing injury or damage to students and teachers, then you should get this information to as many adults outside the school system as possible. It's important that you involve a school liaison officer, a local police officer, a school board member, a PTA member, anyone who can help protect the students. It is not only students who break down and cause needless violence and death. Please let your parents or other adults who are in a position to help you know about this immediately.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...your vague generalizations don't mean much. If you have specific evidence or particular behaviors that concern you, talk to the school board.

He seems like your average public servant. Kick him in the b@lls and he might straighten out.
