I don't know where there is one in Vancouver proper, but I know there is indeed 2-3 blocks of wedding shops on both sides of Hastings Street in Burnaby, just east of Boundary Road.

The wedding dress area in New Westminster on Columbia street is the best! Great high end shops as well as discount ones too. The shops are not far from either the New West or Columbia skytrain stations. I can only think of the name of one of them: Lisa's Bridal Salon.
