As now, Duke of York is traditionally a title given to the Prince of Wales' younger brother.

Two of the three. The previous one, the son of George III, died shortly before his older brother, George IV, so when George IV died he was succeeded by the next brother, the Duke of Clarence, who, childless, was in turn succeeded by the daughter of his younger brother the Duke of Kent (Victoria). Younger sons have often found their way to the throne.

Just King George VI, who became king when his elder brother King Edward VIII abdicated.

Edit
I took the question literally. George V was indeed Duke of York, until his elder brother Prince Edward died. But George was created Prince of Wales in 1901, so he didn't succeed to the throne as Duke of York.

The last Duke of York, the present Queen's father and his father, also Duke of York, became Kings (both named George). You probably know that the Queen's father became King after the abdication of Edward to marry Mrs. Simpson; his father was also Duke of York, but his brother died of natural causes(illness).
