Breath exhalation makes great heat. I hate being cold and yes I can sleep with my head under the covers.

I do this all the time to keep out the light or cold. My sister used to think it was creepy when we were younger and come to pull the covers off me!

I cover my head with my pillow but I can't have anything covering my nose and mouth. I feel like I cant breath

I would rather not. If I am really cold, I cuddle up really tight, but my nose sticks out to get the fresh air!
