If she is black you have a double problem you could get accused of racism and if she is white you still have a problem. If you have a boss i would go to him/her and make it their problem.Try putting a good strong air freshener on your desk.

Talk to the human resources department to see if there is a standard for hygiene that must be upheld in the work place.

They may have an employee assistance program that can discuss it with her discreetly.

You have the right to work in a clean environment.

Anyone who smells that bad needs to be told. It just needs to be done tactfully. Hope this helps. Good luck.

If this is true, you can either talk to your boss and tell him/her what's going on. Tell your boss that the smell is affecting your work.
You can also go to the Bath and Body Works store and buy her a big soap/lotion/shower gel basket and tell her its because she's doing such a good job - and hopefully she'll use it.
I have a very sensitive nose - bad smells literally make me vomit - so I can really relate to your pain.

How big is your company? Is there a human resources department? If so, tell THEM and ask them to do something about it. You should not have to deal with that kind of smell. If it's a smaller company, talk to the boss, the owner, your supervisor. It's THEIR job to do something to protect you. lol - I worked with a woman who wore Tabu perfume, and I finally had to ask the boss to move me - she was right in front of the a/c vent, so it blew all over me, and I was getting sick and hurling almost daily from it! They told her to lose the perfume and moved HER.

Be nice to her and don't say it straight ahead. Buy her a gift, something like a shampoo or a body spray or a perfume. She might get the point!

That's some predicament, maybe buy her some special washes or perfume as a gift for working so well!

Not much you can do...just plug in one of those glades plug ins and hopefully the scent will help mask the smell of her funk.

Don't say anything. And NO, don't even THINK about buying her a soap. That would be way too mean.
