I really don't want answers that say "wow you're gonna regret that" or "thats so stupid". they said that they are going to take her around, and when she gets tired they will take her back to the hotel...ect. im wondering if she can go on any rides...like its a small world? ive been all over their website and i cant find anything that says "only 3 year olds and over are allowed. or something like that. do they let one year olds on any rides?

The only regulations you are going to find for this basically height restrictions. So the child must be, such and such a height in order to ride this particular ride. I will include a link with the restrictions. There will be shows and things that she will enjoy as well, just not all the rides that older children can go on. However, since she is free to get into the parks, it is a great time to take her to see her expressions and everything, she will have a ball and you will love getting to watch, as will your parents.

Aside from this, I would only recommend considering what you feel is appropriate for your child as well. Some children get scared a little more easily than others, and one is pretty young, so fireworks and such may be scary as well. Don't forget to ask castmembers as well, they are happy to help you.

Have a great time!

You won't regret it. It will be a blast!
Make sure you stop in the middle of the day and go back to the resort for a nap. (I'm an adult and I needed this, even without small children!) Don't be afraid to enjoy your hotel as much as the parks. If you're staying onsite (and I highly recommend that you do) the resort is as magical as the rest of the parks. Take advantage of the pool and the great scenery.

Be sure to take some kind of water bottle with you. You're not going to want your little one to get heat stroke and water is expensive in the parks.

Invest in The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World before you go. It has reviews for each ride and will tell you why you should or should not (or can not) take your one year on any given ride. I'm sure there are some that she will be able to ride.

Requirements:

1. Height - Many rides have height requirements that are posted on the WDW website as well as in park maps and at the ride entrance.

2 Sitting - Any ride with a restraint will require that a child be able to sit alone (no lap sitting) and yes many rides have restraints but no height requirement.

3 Shoes - Even if your little one isn't walking yet, if they are not in a stroller or being carried shoes are required (both in high chairs at restaurants and on rides, its an insurance thing)

Make sure your little one will sit through each ride as most do not permit exiting in the middle. Get the guide book for Guests with Disabilities at Guest Relations. It offers detailed descriptions of every ride and show including length which will help you judge if your little one can handle it.

There many things for children of all ages to do at a kids park such a Disney's. As far as rides are concerned, they have height restrictions that will keep a little one off all but the mildest rides but there is still a great deal to see and do.

As far as i know, there are NO regulations for most of the rides in fantasy land. ( Peter Pan, Pooh, Snow White, Small World). Ive seen plenty of infants on these rides. Also, all of the shows have no age requirements. Obviously, the thrilling rides will not allow your child to go on, due to the height requirements.
