i was wondering how long will i get braxton hicks contrations before i actually go in labor??

I've had them since I was five months pregnant with this one, and I'm STILL not in labor. If you keep hydrated, it will minimize them.

Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water a day. That will cut them down.

The BH contractions suck, but some women have them throughout their entire pregnancy, and still have to be induced. I know that's probably not what you want to hear, but it's very much the truth.

Your baby will come when he or she is ready.

Different from women to women
Drink lots of water that can help with B/H
But I had my cervix scraped on the 1st
and didn't have my baby until the 22
I had B/H the whole time!

Could be weeks, months or never. I had them from 7 months on with the first and never with the second.

Unknown and unpredictable. Sorry. No one can tell that. My father-in-law works on small engines part time. My wife once mistakenly called them Briggs and Stratton contractions. Hope you can laugh at that as did we.

u can start geting them as early as 7 months
