How could having medical records aid in apprehending terrorists? I never understood WHY this was needed in the anti "Patriot" act. Do you know?

The Patriot Act is Unconstitutional and I wish someone would file a case in federal court! And they don't need all my e-mails, or websites I visit! Actually they don't need a damn thing about me as I am certainly not a terrorist, for terrorist or any other radical group, like the KKK!

What I do want is the government to stay out of my business and for Yahoo to stop turning over records illegally to the feds!

It really isn't much of an anti-terrorism tool at all. It is however, another method of keeping tabs on the U.S. poplulation. Should the government feel the eed to trace one of it's citizens, having access to medical records could be usefull the same way as credit card transaction records are.
