Hmm, this is a tough call, and requires intuitiveness and attention to detail. Any good Zombie hunter should be able to figure it out, though.
There are two things to watch out for. Watch the eyebrows. If they flutter up and down when they say "brains," look around nervously as they say it, or they repeat the special more than three times, watch out. You have a Zombie waiter on your hands.

there are some checks you'll have to perform, such as does the waiter smell dead?
brains are generally only eaten by zombies in the middle east, so maybe you're safe, unless the waiter is named mohamed or rafiek.

Check and see if there's any salt shakers on the tables. If there is, throw some on him. If he cusses at you, he's not a zombie. If he goes away and doesn't come back, it's because he returned to his grave. Find another restaurant.

if he looks dead and weird looking and smells very bad they he might be then i would run away. but if he is nice looking and smells good. they he shouldnt be a zombie
