depends if it is a magazine like MAX it would cost between Â£20 - 45

Depends on the type of mag, but better budget anywhere from 50$ to a few hundreds (number of lines, framed or not, color added...).

Depends on the magazine; the bigger it's circulation/readership, the more you will pay.
