I need your help!?

Question

Im 14 years old and I think im gay (meh about 90% sure i am). I have never kissed a guy or girl yet so i dont know, i may not be gay.
Anyways... as far as i know im the only gay guy at my school (no one knows Im gay). I really want to meet someone around my age that is gay. How can i tell if their gay or not, please help!

Oh Sweetie, I'm willing to bet that you are so not the only kid at your school that is gay, or as you said, thinks he's gay. I remember in high school (I'm 33 now and graduated in 91) how many gay kids there were.
But your question is a hard because I know how scary it must be for many adults to come out of the closet, so I would imagine for someone your age it's even more difficult. Let me ask you this, what about your parents? Have you talked to them about this yet or are you not feeling ready?( I know I have a son your age and I would defiantly support him if he was in your shoes, but that's just me.) If you feel like you can talk to mom and dad about this then maybe they can help you find the support you need. If not, I know there is a web-site called gayteens.org
I worked with kids in a crisis center and this was a web-site we often gave them so they could find and communicate with other teens who were also gay.

first of all., I GUARENTEE you are not the only gay student at your school. It just seems like it, because they are all like you....in the closet, scared, unsure, and lonely.

Funny thing about the closet....it's such a lonely place, but it's packed with people!

Now, how do you go about changing that? Man, that's a good question. I honestly don't have an answer for you....especially if you are in the closet and no one knows. If you were out, then some gay closeted students would graviate towards you. Someone mentioned a Gay-Straight Alliance club. Sure...but, if you are scared and in the closet, i doubt you are going to do that.

For the most part, you will not be able to tell just by looking at someone if they are gay or not...especially at your young age. Over time, you can develop a sort of sense, but, that still is wrong most the time.

have you ever looked at another boy;and wish you could hug him?Do you think about a boy in your class or neighbor hood?We all go through a stage around your age when WE think about the same gender and wonder if WE could be GAY;but most of the time it's just a stage of growing.As for how can you tell---You'll know!Hope I've helped a little. You can't tell if anyone is gay by looking at them and sometimes not even by talking to them. Lots of kids your age are confused about their sexual feelings. Most kids have a feeling they are gay or different from their friends from the time they are very young. I'm 14 too, and i know for a fact that i am gay. I've kissed both guys * girls and i didnt like siing girls and i'm attracted to guys.... As Far as I know I'm the only gay boy in my school, but my best closest friends know.
