Nobody seems to know. The 'minster' part indicates the existence of a monastery, but the location isn't known. There is even doubt in some quarters as to there ever having been one.
The earliest recording of the name is in the 9th Century when it was known as Chedeminstre. I've not been able to find any meaning for the word Chede. Possibly it's the name of a person, but not anyone associated with the monastery it seems unless you really mangle the pronounciation of Cyniberht.
I've attached a link to the British History website which you may find useful in the future. I wouldn't cite references to Wikipedia in coursework - Although useful, it should never be assumed to be accurate on any subject.

Kiev may be the capital of Ukraine and is probably the most lovely city of all the post soviet countries. It is a town of all you least expect. Kiev is an old town where previous meets new and east matches west. One of many points you can see in Kiev may be the St. Cyrill's Monastery. This monastery was completely off-the-beaten track. That small church can be as previous as time, relationship back to 12th century. Paintings of the famous Mikhail Vrubel get you into a various world. And the truth that the Monastery is far from the main tourist sites in Kyiv is likely to make the ability even more humbling and inspirational.

You are into what place names mean, aren't you! Try looking on the below website - I found it on the Ordnance Survey website. The OS website also has links to Welsh and Scottish place names.
Now for what it gives for Kidderminster:
