You have two separate issues going on. One is the popped bubble, the other is the fin and color problem. The popped bubble should heal itself given time and grow back. It probably will never be as large as it once was, but it will heal in most cases.

The fin problem and color change could be one of a few things but since they are happening together I would suspect ammonia problems in the tank. That will cause fins to fray and look rotten as well as causing excess slime production and skin damage that can cause the color change. Check your ammonia level if at all possible and do a water change if needed to lower the ammonia. If you can't check it and can't get water to a shop to check it for you, then assume there is an ammonia problem and change 50% of the water anyway just to be sure. You will need to find out if it's an ammonia problem though so you know how to deal with the problem over the next few days. If it's ammonia you will want to continue the water changes until the biological cycle handles it and if it's not then you have a disease you will need to treat, most likely a protozoan infestation.

I used to have a similar difficulty as U do with Ur fish. it may be some dizziness. that's even as U refresh or replace water for the fish, yet they could't react to the hot surroundings at present. The eyes continually turn back to universal after some hours or days. i do not imagine U might want to problem about that too a lot. notwithstanding, if U experience that's nevertheless contagious for different fish, then U more advantageous positive separate Ur affected human being, in simple terms in case.

You can go to the pet store & get some drops to put in the water to help your fish but usually when, what your saying happens to a fish there isn't much you can do. Just keep doing things the way you normally would like don't stop feeding him or feeding him more. Maybe your fish is strong and will be able to bounce back. Besides getting the right kind of drops to put in the water there isn't much you can do. Hopefully your fish will pull through!

well Goldfish are actually pretty dirty, so, try changing the tank water and cleaning out the pebbles, tank, and any accessaries. If its condition doesn't get any better bring it to a pet store and have someone look at it.
