someone please get rid of command prompt so that the hackers will stop. If command prompt goes away there will almost be no hackers at all. I am sick and tired of computer freaks that can hack anything using that program. dos programming is an easy way to get into anyones computer and if that is taken away all will be well.

You can NEVER (emphasis only) get rid of DOS...sorry! It can be loaded other ways i.e. from Floppy disks etc, other operating systems. Need I go on? Out of luck on that one mate!

DOS has nothing to do it. Most hackers write their own programs, so the only way that your scenario would work is if we eliminated programming languages, which would mean no more software. That wouldn't be very practical.
The only way to get rid of hackers is to rewrite all of the internet standards so that you an tell beyond a shadow of a doubt where a certain packet originates from. Also build in hardware level security to the machines. All of this is a threat to privacy would would require massive changes in technology so it's not very practical either. At this point our best hope is stiff penalties when they're caught in hope of deterrning others.

Sounds like you got a couple of trojans or backdoors already open in your computer. Run a virus check to flush them away. Its not through command prompt that they are coming in, its their own programs.
