Many stealthy sofware packages are used not only to know where you are browsing but to also "See" what you are browsing, typing by keystrokes including IM.
Simpy search for security software such as SpectorSoft and you will see.

yes i'm a system admin i have total right to check what people do on the internet..question if i will use these right rights. in school YES.

Absolutely, all they need to is look at the weblogs, and if you conenct through a server, it's even weasier they don't have to tlook at your machine.
